Kenneth E. Crowell Associate
Kenneth E. Crowell is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property group, where he focuses his practice primarily on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation and opinion work. His practice focuses on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biological arts, in particular patent cases arising under the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act (Hatch-Waxman Act), and advising clients on strategies concerning ANDA filings.

Prior to law school, Kenneth held various engineering positions with several companies including Schering Plough, Jacobs Engineering Group and Drew Chemical.
