Deborah E. Nelson
Shareholder
Deborah E. Nelson is a Shareholder and practices in the Family Law Department. Ms. Nelson is a trial attorney and mediator who was admitted to practice in 1985. In 1987, Deborah made the decision to limit her practice to Matrimonial Law and related family law matters. An objective of her representation of parties in divorce litigation is to minimize the impact of divorce on the parties' children. She is also a family law mediator, assisting couples in the cost-effective and expedient resolution of disputed issues in divorce, custody and visitation as well as post-divorce issues. Ms. Nelson has been appointed by the Court to serve as Guardian for children in termination of parental rights and other cases
