Bruce D. Radin Shareholder
Bruce D. Radin is a shareholder in the firm's Intellectual Property Group. Prior to joining Budd Larner, Mr. Radin was a partner at Morgan & Finnegan, L.L.P., a New York City firm specializing in intellectual property matters. Mr. Radin has specialized experience in the areas of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, unfair competition, antitrust and intellectual property licensing. He has litigated, prosecuted and rendered opinions in intellectual property in several areas including matters in the pharmaceutical, chemical, e-commerce, financial services, agrochemical, petroleum, mechanical and electrical fields. These matters have involved a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceutical products, gasoline, Internet-related business methods, fungicides, catalysts, haemophilus influenza vaccines and surge protectors. He also has extensive experience in all Hatch-Waxman matters.
