Josh M. Mann

Josh Mann is a Shareholder in the firm's Real Estate and Distressed Debt department. Josh's real estate practice focuses on complex redevelopment projects, where he guides clients through the maze of government approvals and private acquisitions involved in such matters. Josh also works with government entities to identify and secure public financing incentives and tax abatements that are often necessary components of making a redevelopment project feasible. Josh is an experienced land use practitioner, having represented developers and large multi-national corporations before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey. Josh's client base also includes subsidiaries of public entities that provide, rehabilitate and construct affordable housing. Additionally, Josh has represented landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and before the State's Landlord-Tenant courts. Josh represents lenders and other mortgage, note and tax lien holders in all aspects of the collection process, including the purchase and transfer of mortgages, notes and other liens and judgments, negotiating workouts and settlements with debtors and property owners, litigation pursuant to the State's foreclosure laws, and collection suits on notes and guarantees. Josh has also litigated matters pursuant to the Fraudulent Transfer Act.
