ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITIES
PHARMACEUTICAL PATENT LITIGATION/OPINION WORK
Attorney 0-4 years experience in ANDA litigation and/or drafting of non-infringement/invalidity opinions. Advanced degree in chemistry and searching skills a plus. No recruiters.
Technical Advisor Advanced degree in chemistry and patent/database searching skills required. Experience related to preparation of non-infringement/invalidity opinions a plus. No recruiters.
REINSURANCE
Experience in reinsurance law and litigation along with strong analytical, research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials. NJ bar admission essential; NY bar admission preferred. Laterals welcome.
MATRIMONIAL
Experience in handling all facets of matrimonial matters, including divorce, domestic violence, financial issues, custody and visitation issues. Experience should include drafting of matrimonial pleadings, motions, pre-nuptials and separation agreements. Laterals welcome.
